24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team here at Pink Salt Salon and Spa. As we hold your appointments just for you, we kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule for a different time. This way, our professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate other clients on our waiting list. We do understand that unavoidable issues sometimes arise and will do our best to work with you in the case of an emergency or other unpredictable incident. However, if last-minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Below is a general breakdown of our cancellation fees:

  • Giving less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment(s)
  • ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of the service amount
  • Third NO SHOW or cancellation/reschedule with no 24 hour notice should occur the guest may be dismissed from Pink Salt Salon and Spa.

Late/Tardy Policy

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you are running behind, stuck in traffic, or something of the like. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the rest of our team’s day by delaying them and impacting the appointments of punctual clients. For this reason, we’ve set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period. After this time, we will call to check in on you. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep within your allotted time slot.

Refunds

All services and gift card sales are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
We always want you to be 100% satisfied with the service provided to you. With that said, a refund must only be sought if a mistake has been made by the service provider, not if you decided to change something at the last minute (after the service has been performed.) In the case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust anything that is not to your satisfaction. Any issues reported 3 days or more after the original appointment will be considered for a redo but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
It is important that you contact the salon as soon as you are unhappy, so that we can schedule you in for a corrective service ASAP.

Cell Phones and Hand-Held Devices

We want Pink Salt Salon and Spa to be a relaxing and stress-reducing experience for all. As a courtesy to others, please silence your cell phones and other devices. We ask that you use headphones and text messaging instead.

Child Policy

Finding the time to spend on yourself can be challenging – we understand that. We also recognize that your ‘me time’ does not always align with your appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event that you must bring a young child with you to your appointment, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.

Pets

NRS 644A.940 It is unlawful for an animal to be on the premises of a licensed cosmetological establishment unless it is a service animal or service animal in training.

Credit/Debit Card Processing Fees

Please use cash when you can with no additional cost to you. Credit/debit card processing fees of 3% will be added to all credit/debit card transactions, and directly collected by the credit card processing company. Thank you for supporting our small family business.

Right to Refuse Service

NRS 207.200 Pink Salt Salon and Spa LLC. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior towards any member of our staff or our guests. In this case we may ask you to leave the premises.
