Full sets are ideal for first-time clients or when you want to completely transform your nail length. The process takes about 1.5-2 hours and includes shaping, filing, and polish application.
What Is an Acrylic Overlay?
An acrylic overlay applies acrylic directly to your natural nails without adding length. This strengthens and protects your existing nails while allowing them to grow longer naturally. Overlays are perfect if you already have the length you want but need extra strength.
Overlays are typically faster than full sets (about 1 hour) and cost less. They're great for clients who want to strengthen their natural nails or maintain a specific length without extensions.
What About Acrylic Fills?
An acrylic fill is maintenance for existing acrylic nails. As your natural nails grow, a gap appears at the cuticle. During a fill, your technician files down the existing acrylic, fills in the gap with new acrylic, and reshapes your nails. Fills are needed every 2-3 weeks to maintain your acrylic nails.
